Maverick County Daily Reports-December 01, 2019

Wanted Person-Deputies this morning made contact with City of Eagle Pass Police officers who had detained a male subject with a warrant out of the Maverick County Sheriff's Office. The warrant for the subject, identified as Roberto Guardiola, Jr. was confirmed and he was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-Eugenio Gaona was taken into custody at the US Border Patrol checkpoint on Highway 57 this morning after a check revealed a possible open warrant for his arrest. The warrant out of Maverick County was confirmed and Mr. Gaona was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on the 700 block of Vienna reported at an unknown time and date, unknown subject(s) entered his residence without consent and took several items. A formal report was filed.

Terroristic Threat-Juan Francisco Tobias was taken into custody this evening after a complainant reported she feared for her safety after an argument became heated and Mr. Tobias threatened serious body injury with a weapon. The weapon, while not displayed during the argument, was later found in a vehicle whose consent to search was given. The male subject was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing and the weapon was taken into custody and placed in the evidence locker.
