Assault/Family Violence-Units responded to FM2030 after a complainant reported he had been assaulted by his son. Contact was made with the complainant upon arrival, who further told deputies his son had grown upset about being reported to the Sheriff's Office for his behavior at an earlier time. The subject left the scene prior to a deputies arrival, however, was located a short time later. Twenty-five year old Cesar Martinez was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A resident on the 1400 block of Cecilio Street reported unknown subject(s) had stolen three four-wheel all-terrain vehicles from her property. A formal report was filed.
