Motor Vehicle Accident-Units responded to US Highway 277 North this afternoon after a white 2006 Hyundai travelling northbound struck a 1995 GMC pickup attempting to make a turn onto Herring Street from Highway 277 South. EMS crews were summoned to the scene and the driver of the Hyundai was taken to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation. The driver of the GMC pickup was medically cleared. A formal report has been filed.
Theft-A complainant reported unknown subject(s) had entered his company trailer without consent and took several items. A formal report was filed.
Wanted Person-Twenty-nine year old Jesus Martinez was placed under arrest this afternoon after he was initially detained by City of Eagle Pass Police officers when a check revealed an open warrant. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
