Motor Vehicle Accident
FM 1021/Loop 480
Maverick County units were dispatched to F.M 1021 and Loop
480 in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, contact was made
with a 2014 red Dodge Charger in which had front damages. Deputies then made
contact with a 2014 Black Dodge Journey with left side damages. After further
investigation, 2014 Dodge Journey was exciting the excite ramp of Loop 480.
Dodge Charger was traveling westbound on F.M 1021 passing Loop 480. At that time, Dodge Journey failed to give
the right way and struck the Dodger Charger. Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
was summoned to location and male driver and passengers of Driver of Dodge
Journey were then transported to Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center Emergency
Room for further evaluation. Female driver of Dodge Charger refused medical
attention at the time of report. Cantu’s Wrecker Services was summoned to
location and took possession of the Dodge Journey. Report taken.

Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
Stripes on FM1021
Deputy was dispatched to said location in reference to a
stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, deputy made contact with complainant who stated
that known male subject had taken her 2012 Black Chevrolet Traverse without her
consent. After further investigation, said vehicle was entered into the
TCIC/NCIC system as a stolen vehicle.

Complainant who stated that known female had being sending
him unwanted text messages and phone calls in which he feels annoyed.
