Maverick County Units were dispatched to County Road 215 in
reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, Deputies made contact
with complaint who stated her nephew began to get aggressive in which he
knocked over several items in the residence. Contact was then made with the
male subject Joshua Mata, who presented a strong odor of an unknown alcoholic
substance emitting from or on his person. Upon further investigation Mata was
placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and transported to the Tom Bowles
Detention Center for processing.

Deputy was dispatched to said location in regards to a
harassment report. Upon arrival undersigned made contact with complainant who
advised her juvenile daughter had received unwanted text messages from a known
male subject. Complainant wished to file a formal report in regards to this
matter.
