Maverick County Daily Reports-January 20, 2019

Damage to Property-A unit was dispatched to the 400 block of Zaragoza Street early this morning whereupon arrival, deputies observed a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado engulfed in flames. Eagle Pass Fire Department crews were summoned to the scene and the fire was safely extinguished. No injuries were reported and a formal report was filed. 

Theft-Deputies met with a complainant on the 700 block of Lago Vista Drive who reported two known subjects intentionally took several items without her consent. 

Burglary of Building-Deputies this afternoon made contact with a complainant on the 2400 block of De Leon Drive who reported unknown subject(s) gained entry to his storage building on his property and took several items without consent. A formal report was filed. 

Theft-A property owner on FM1908 reported an unknown subject had intentionally damaged a fenceline and took a horse valued at approximately $15,000 without the owner's consent. A report was made.
