Public Intoxication-Deputies responded to Rosita Valley Road this afternoon after receiving reports of a male subject found on his knees on the side of the roadway. Contact was made with the subject, Jaime Martinez, upon arrival, who appeared disoriented, displayed bloodshot eyes, and emitted a strong alcoholic odor from his person. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Animal Cruelty-A resident on the 2700 block of Rosita Valley Road reported his neighbor had shot and killed his dog. A formal report was filed.
