Assault/Family Violence-A unit responded to a disturbance in progress on the first block of Wagon Wheel Road early this morning. Contact was made with the homeowner, who displayed markings on her neck and facial area and stated she had been physically assaulted by a known female. The subject in question, thirty-two year old Becky Mendoza, reported a verbal argument between the two led to a physical confrontation. Ms. Mendoza was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
