Maverick County Daily Reports-October 27, 2018

Burglary of Habitation-A resident on the 100 block of Caribou Trail reported she awoke to a known male subject inside of her bedroom. The male subject left the scene in a white colored van. The Criminal Investigations Division was contacted in reference to the incident.

Disorderly Conduct--A county unit responded to the 2900 block of Buena Vista, whereupon arrival made contact with a female subject found in the middle of the roadway who displayed signs of intoxication. Several alcohol beverages were found on the ground near the subject, later identified as Angelic Christine Martinez, whom witnesses stated was seen tossing at a male subject at the scene. Contact was also made with a male subject who had a minor laceration in his facial area, who stated the female subject had been acting in a disorderly fashion, had thrown a beer bottle at him, and was not wanted at the location. Ms. Martinez was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Disorderly Conduct-Ramiro Ibarra was placed under arrest this afternoon after he was found acting in a disorderly fashion at a residence on the 1700 block of Calle Jalisco. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
