Maverick County Daily Reports-October 02, 2018

Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded to a disturbance in progress on the 3200 block of Fresno Loop this moring, where contact was made with two females who reported a family member had been aggressive and assaulted them. Contact was also made with the female subject in question, Braxton Me Rideaux, who was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Driving While Intoxicated/Public Intoxication-Deputies patroling Eidson Road conducted a traffic stop on a grey Chevrolet Impala this morning, where the occupants of the vehicle were both found in an intoxicated state. Dora Alicia Ragan, the driver of the vehicle, admitted to consuming alcohol. Her passenger, Raul Martinez Jr., also displayed signs of intoxication. The two were placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-Jose Sammy Olivo was taken into custody at the United States Border Patrol checkpoint on Us Highway 57 this morning after agents initially detained him when a check revealed an active warrant for his arrest. The warrant out of Dallas County was confirmed and Mr. Olivo was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Theft-A complainant on Columbine Curve reported unknown subject(s) had taken his air compressor without her consent.

Theft-A resident on the 400 block of Candelario Montalvo reported he believed unknown subjects entered his backyard and took his pitbull without consent. A theft report was filed in reference to the matter.
