Possession of Marijuana-Deputies patrolling FM1021 early this morning conducted a traffic stop on a 2011 BMW 135 for a minor violation. Contact was made with the driver, Victor Santos, who gave consent to search the vehicle. The search would eventually yield the discovery of a brown cigarette containing a green leafy substance with marijuana characteristics under the driver seat. Mr. Santos was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center on a possessions charge.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz-Eric Aguirre was placed under arrest on possession of marijuana charges this evening when he was found in possession during a routine traffic stop for a minor infraction. Mr. Aguirre was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
