Maverick County Daily Reports-September 09, 2018

Public Intoxication-Deputies patrolling Ranchitos Road this morning observed a blue Chevrolet Avalanche parked in the middle of the road with a male subject asleep in the driver's seat. Contact was made with the subject, nineteen-year-old Xian Octavius Legarreta, who displayed bloodshot eyes, a slurred speech, and a strong alcoholic odor emitting from his person. Mr. Legarreta was taken into custody for his safety and that of others. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
