Possession of a Controlled Substance-A county unit responded to the international port of entry #2 early this morning after agents at the port detained a male subject found in possession of approximately 3.5 kilos of cocaine. Miguel Macias Menera was placed under arrest at the scene and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for further processing.
