Possession of Marijuana/Public Intoxication-Deputies on patrol this morning conducted a traffic stop at the Maverick County Lake. Contact was made with a male subject identified as Patricio Villareal, who admitted to being in possession of marijuana. Mr. Villarreal, who displayed a slurred speech and performed poorly in a field sobriety test, also admitted to being under the influence of a controlled substance(Xanax). He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Maria Isabel Hernandez was taken into custody this afternoon after City of Eagle Pass officers detained her when a check revealed active warrants for her arrest. The warrants were confirmed and Ms. Hernandez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Deputies responded to the international port of entry #1 after agents at the port detained a male subject whose check revealed an active warrant for his arrest. The warrant for Sergio Ledezma, Jr., issued out of Austin, was confirmed and he was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
