Public Intoxication-Ramiro Cuevas was placed under arrest early this morning when he was found asleep inside a stationary vehicle. Upon making contact with Mr. Cuevas, deputies noticed a strong alcohol odor emitting from his person, bloodshot eyes, and a slurred speech. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Family Violence-A resident on Encuentro reported she had been involved in a verbal altercation with her husband which turned physical. A formal report was filed.
Possession of a Controlled Substance-Pedro Salas was arrested at the United States Border Patrol checkpoint this afternoon after agents detained him when he was found to be in possession of narcotics. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
