Public Intoxication-Deputies assisted US Border Patrol agents on the pursuit of a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt near the intersection of FM1021 and FM2030 early this morning. Two subjects, identified as Jason Suke and Michelle Gonzalez, were detained by agents and EMS crews were at the scene to transport Mr. Suke to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for treatment. Ms. Gonzalez was placed under arrest for public intoxication and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention for processing. Mr. Suke was also issued a citation.
Driving While Intoxicated-Salomon Salinas was arrested on DWI charges early this morning after a traffic stop off of US Highway 277 North found him in a highly intoxicated state. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-A resident on Paloma Drive reported a verbal argument with her husband had escalated into a physical altercation. A formal report was filed.
