Driving while Intoxicated-Deputies patrolling Eidson Road conducted a traffic stop on a white Ford Expedition for a minor infraction this morning. Contact was made Gilbert Flores Hernandez, who displayed signs of intoxication. Mr. Flores admitted to having been drinking and was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-Omar Aaron Talamantes was taken into custody after he was found in an intoxicated state near Victoriano Avenue early this morning. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Vehicle-A complainant on the 2600 block of Cenizo reported unknown subject(s) had gained entry to her vehicle and took a Dell laptop computer and touch screen stereo without her consent.
Disorderly Conduct-A unit was dispatched to the 1500 block of Eidson Road this afternoon after a complainant reported a family member was in a highly intoxicated state and was acting in an aggressive manner. Contact was made with Mario Alberto Gonzalez, who was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded to a residence on FM 2030 this evening after family reported a male subject had struck his common-law wife several times. The subject, identified as Jose Jesus Rodriguez, also struck family members who attempted to separate him from his wife. EMS crews arrived at the scene and transported the female subject to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further medical treatment. Mr. Rodriguez was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
