Failure to Identify/Public Intoxication-Deputies on patrol this morning arrested twenty-six year old Mayra Ashley Rodriguez after giving officers false identification during a traffic stop. Ms. Rodriguez also displayed signs of intoxication. She was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of a Controlled Substance-Deputies conducting Stonegarden operations conducted a traffic stop on a 2003 GMC Sierra for a minor violation off of Frick Street this morning. Contact was made with the driver, identified as Fabian Ledezma, who gave consent to search the vehicle. The search yielded the discovery of a clear plastic bag containing a white powdery substance which would test positive for cocaine. Mr. Ledezma was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
