Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded to the 600 block of Wagon Wheel Road this morning after a complainant reported her husband, who was under the influence of alcohol, had physically assaulted her. The male subject, identified as Jose Carlos Herrera Perez, was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-Israel Moreno was placed under arrest this morning after after his sister told deputies he had physically assaulted her and her younger brother by a residence on FM 1907. Mr. Moreno was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Aggravated Assault-Deputies responded to the 800 block of Mikulinski Road this afternoon, where a complainant reported being assaulted by a known male subject. Contact was also made with the subject, who was detained for investigative purposes. The Criminal Investigations Department has since taken over the case.
Burglary of Vehicle-A resident on the 1300 block of Steven Drive advised unknown subject(s) had entered his 2002 GMC Yukon without consent and took several items.
Public Intoxication-A County unit patrolling Maverick County Lake this evening made contact with a male subject by the location who displayed signs of intoxication. Jerry Dean Rodriguez was taken into custody after he was found in an intoxicated state and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
