Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-A deputy making the rounds at the Maverick County lake this morning made contact with the occupants of a parked vehicle, which emitted a strong marijuana odor coming from inside the vehicle. Consent to search the vehicle was given, where drug paraphernalia was discovered in the front passenger side. Both male occupants admitted to ownership and were issued citations.
