Possession of Marijuana-A unit responded to the United States Border Patrol south station early this morning, where agents had detained a male subject who was found to be in possession of marijuana. San Antonio resident Francisco Daniel Velasquez, was taken into custody after it was determined he was in possession of approximately 88.47 pounds of marijuana. Mr. Velasquez was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of a Controlled Substance-Maria Theresa Davila was arrested this morning after initially being detained by Border Patrol agents after she was found in possession of methamphetamine. Ms. Davila, a native of San Antonio, Texas, was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
