Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz-Dwight Reid was taken into custody at the United States Border Patrol check after being found in possession of a green leafy substance that would test positive for marijuana. Two other subjects, Juan Ventura and Kevin Perez, were also found to be in possession. The three were transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-A County unit responded to the Thompson Road area this evening after receiving a call of an unwanted male subject on Blanca Circle. Contact was made with a male subject found walking along Thompson Road and made contact with the subject, identified as Sergio Mendez. Mr. Mendez displayed a slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, unstable movement, and an alcoholic odor emitting from his person. He was taken into custody on public intoxication charges and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
