Maverick County Daily Reports-October 25, 2017

Harassment/Terroristic Threats-A Complainant reported he has continuously been harassed by his ex-wife for years now and no longer feels safe in public, at work, or in his residence. He was referred to the Criminal Investigations Division.

Wanted Person-George Coronado, Jr.  was taken into custody this morning after being detained at the United States Border Patrol checkpoint by agents when a check revealed an active warrant out of Bexar County. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Coronado was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Identity Theft-A complainant reported an unknown actor had used her Social Security information without consent.

Theft-A resident on Siesta Drive reported a known female had taken money from her bank account without her consent.

Resisting Arrest/Failure to Identify-Deputies this evening made contact with a male subject who matched the description of a person of interest. The subject, later identified as Enrique Mendoila, initially gave a false name. Upon attempting to detain him, Mr. Mendoila began to physically resist. He would eventually be taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
