Maverick County Daily Reports-September 02, 2017

Theft-A resident on the 1800 block of Bianca reported unknown actor(s) had stolen a lawnmower from his yard overnight.

Theft/Damage to Property-A complainant on Salinas Street reported unknown actor(s) had damaged the fence line to her property and had taken two mountain bikes without consent from the home.

Assault/Family Violence-Deputies on patrol responded to the 2900 block of Montemayor street this morning after fielding a family violence call. Upon arrival, contact was made with Roxanna Mendoza and Christopher Lee Barrientos, who had involved in argument that led to a physical confrontation. Both showed physical signs of confrontation, however, refused medical attention. The two were taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Assault/Family Violence-A complainant on the 1300 block of Minerva reported her boyfriend had physically assaulted her by punching her in the eye. The complainant displayed a minor red marking in the lower right eye area, but refused further medical attention.

Wanted Person-Jesus Rolando Gonzalez was placed under arrest this evening after a traffic stop revealed an active warrant. The warrant out of Maverick County was confirmed and Mr. Gonzalez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon-A deputy arrived at the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center this evening, where a male subject reported  being assaulted by several known male subjects at Tequila's Bar. The assault caused lacerations to his forehead, nose, and upper lip area.
