Wanted Person-Deputies were dispatched to the port of entry early this morning after a check on a female subject attempting to enter the US revealed an active warrant. Miriam Ruby Chapa was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing after the warrant was confirmed.
Public Intoxication/Damage to Property-Daisy Driscoll Ortiz was placed under arrest early this morning after she had struck a fence post with her vehicle. Upon making contact with Ms. Ortiz, it was determined she displayed signs of intoxication. She was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrested Angel Manuel Rodriguez at the international port of entry after a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant out of Travis County was confirmed and Rodriguez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault-A complainant on the 600 block of Las Brisas reported several subjects had assaulted him, causing bodily injury. An ambulance was summoned to the location and the complainant was transported to the ER for further treatment.
