Maverick County Daily Reports-June 07, 2017

Theft-A complainant on Eidson Road reported an unknown subject took her horse from an alleyway behind her residence. 

Assault/Theft/Public Intoxication-A complainant reported a known male subject had slapped his hand and took a mobile phone from him before leaving the area. A second male subject who had accompanied him, identified as Joshua Mata, was placed under arrest on public intoxication charges. The known subject, Hector Olivares, was later placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Wanted Person-Reynaldo Flores was placed under arrest this morning when a traffic stop revealed four active warrants for his arrest. The warrants were confirmed and Mr. Flores was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

DWI-Deputies conducting a traffic stop on FM1021 this evening found the driver of the vehicle, identified as Faustino Jimenez, to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Public Intoxication-Deputies responded to the intersection of Loop 480 and FM1021 after Border Patrol agents conducting a traffic stop had made contact with three females, Upon arrival and further investigation, deputies  had determined the three females, who displayed a slurred speech, unstable balance, and an alcoholic odor emitting from their person, were intoxicated. Melissa Zarate, Evelyn Wheeler, and Sophia Longoria were taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
