Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to US Highway 277 East and made contact with the driver of a 2013 Ford Focus who reported he fell asleep behind the wheel, causing it to strike a guard rail. The vehicle sustained damages to its right side and two right tires. The driver refused medical attention at the time of this report.
Wanted Person-Joe Steven Hernandez was arrested at the international port of entry #2 this morning after a background check revealed an active warrant for his arrest out of Bexar County. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Hernandez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-Deputies patrolling Baltica Street this morning made contact with a male subject founding walking in and out of the roadway. Everardo Martinez was taken into custody after it was determined he was under the influence of alcohol. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
