Criminal Mischief-A complainant on the 600 block of Callejon Teran reported unknown subject(s) had slashed the tires to his vehicle. A report was filed.
Wanted Person-Valerie Vasquez was arrested at the USBP checkpoint on US Highway 57 this morning after initially being detained when a check revealed active warrants. The warrants out of Maverick County were confirmed and she was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Criminal Mischief-A deputy was dispatched to an AT&T tower on Veterans Blvd. this afternoon, where a reporting person stated unknown subject(s) had caused damages to an air conditioning unit to the electrical room. The total estimated damages was near $5,000 and a report was filed.
Wanted Person-Deputies were in contact with City of Eagle Pass police officers this afternoon after they had detained a male subject with an active warrant for his arrest out of Maverick County. Juan Carlos Medina was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing after the warrant was confirmed.
