Wanted Person-Twenty-two year old Danyelle A. Fabila was placed under arrest at the international port of entry #2 this afternoon after CBP agents detained her when a check revealed an open warrant out of Bexar County. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Fabila was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Deceased Person-At approximately 10:48 this morning, units were en route to Loop 480 by the Baltica area after male subject was seen floating in the Rio Grande River. Upon arrival, the male subject was retrieved from the river. A local funeral home was at the scene to take over the body after Justice of the Peace Smith pronounced the male deceased at 11:00 A.M.
Motor Vehicle Accident-Units responded to the intersection of US Highway 57 and FM481 this afternoon after a Chevrolet Silverado had turned over. After further investigation, it was determined that the Silverado had sustained a blowout tire, causing it to roll over. EMS crews were at the scene of the accident and the driver was treated at the scene. The Texas Department of Public Safety arrived at the locale and has since taken over investigations.
