Wanted Person-Victor Manuel Salinas III was placed under arrest at the international port of entry this afternoon after CBP agents initially detained him when a background check revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Salinas was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
