Motor Vehicle Accident with a Fixed Object-At approximately 2:57 AM, units responded to the intersection of Eidson Road and Balcones Heights, where the driver of an Infiniti M45 entered a property and struck a Ford F-250 and Pontiac Grand-Am. Contact was made with the driver, Juan Alejandro Monsivais, who displayed signs of intoxication. A field sobriety exam was given and it was determined that Mr. Monsivais performed poorly.He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Jennifer Christine Navarro was arrested at the USBP Checkpoint on Us Highway 57 this afternoon after she had been detained by agents when she was found in possession of marijuana. She was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
