Maverick County Daily Reports-January 21, 2017

Theft-A resident on the 200 block of Winchester reported a known male subject had taken a horse saddle without consent.

Theft-A complainant told a Sheriff's Deputy unknown subject(s) had taken his bicycle from his front yard without consent.

Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on the 1100 block of Casales stated an unknown subject had entered his residence without consent and took several items from the home.

Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded to a family violence in progress call on FM1021 this afternoon. Upon arrival, contact was made with a complainant who stated her girlfriend, Brandy Montelongo, had assaulted her and caused bodily injury. Ms. Montelongo would later be arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Public Intoxication-Deputies arrested Roberto Rangel outside of the Shell Gas Station by FM1021 and Tierra Soberana this evening after he was found in an intoxicated state. After making contact with employees, it was revealed that Mr. Rangel had also exited the convenience store without paying for an eighteen-pack of beer. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-Glenn Guillory was arrested at the international port of entry #1 this evening after a background check revealed an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Guillory was taken to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
