Driving While Intoxicated-Deputies patrolling FM1021 this morning conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Avalanche for a minor infraction. Contact was made with the driver, Alfredo Jesus Cantu, who was found in a highly intoxicated state. Mr. Cantu was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-Deputies responded to Casino Grocery #1 this afternoon, where a male subject was found outside the store with an open container. The subject, Jerry Dean Rodriguez had a strong odor of alcohol emitting from his person, unstable balance, and bloodshot eyes. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Vehicle-A reporting person stated unknown actor(s) broke the driver's side window to her Chrysler 200 and took a black wallet containing approximately $86.00 and two credit cards without consent.
