Maverick County Daily Reports-December 19, 2016

Theft-Deputies responded to Mr. Cartender on Del Rio Blvd.,where an employee reported two male subjects weating black hoodies entered the store and took two 12 packs of beer without paying. A report was taken.

Burglary of Building-Deputies responded to an activated alarm at O'Reilly's Auto Store on El Indio Highway this morning. Contact was made with the manager of the store upon arrival, who stated unknown actor(s) unlawfully entered the premises by breaking the front entrance windows with a rock. Aproximately $1505.00 worth of merchandise was reported stolen at the time of this report.

Assault/Family Violence-A complainant reported she was with her boyfriend at the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel when a verbal argument with him turned into a physical confrontation. The complainant stated her boyfriend began striking her in the facial area, causing several bruises and markings to the facial and neck area. A report was filed concerning the altercation.


Assault-A resident on Balcones reported being at a posada in Seco Mines Sunday morning when he was assaulted by a known male subject.

Damage to Property-A complainant on Old Pioneer Road reported an unknown subject had struck his fence and caused damages to approximately 60 feet of the fenceline.
