Disorderly Conduct-Units responded to a disturbance in progress on the 1600 block of Eidson Road this morning, whereupon arrival contact was made with a female subject who stated she had been involved in a physical altercation with a known male. Both Michelle Montoya and Eduardo Cortinas, Jr. were placed under arrest on disorderly conduct charges and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Martin Sarabia Carrillo was placed under arrest at the international port of entry #1 this morning after a background check revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to US Highway 57 this evening after a 2010 Cadillac CTS struck a deer that crossed the roadway. The occupants of the vehicle refused medical attention at the time of this report. The vehicle sustained damages to the front bumper and hood area.
Motor Vehicle Accident with a Fixed Object-At approximately 9:45 PM, County units responded to FM2030 in reference to a single motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, deputies observed a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro with extensive damages throughout the vehicle and a male subject found laying on the ground. Further investigation revealed the vehicle was traveling westbound on FM2030 when the driver lost control and struck a tree, ejecting the driver from the vehicle. EMS crews arrived at the scene, where the male subject was transported via AirEvac to San Antonio, Texas for medical treatment.
Theft-A complainant on Michelle Road reported unknown subject(s) has entered his ranch and took approximately seventeen sheep without consent. A report was filed.
