Maverick County Daily Reports-November 05, 2016

Criminal Mischief-A deputy on the 100 block of School Circle met with a complainant who reported unknown subject(s) broke the windows to both of his vehicles.

Public Intoxication/Possession of Marijuana under 2 Oz. -Deputies responded to Rosita Valley Road this morning, where Tribal Police had detained a male subject on public intoxication charges. In the midst of patting the subject down, a clear plastic baggie containing marijuana was found in the subject's possession. Adrian Rodriguez was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Public Intoxication/Interfering with Public Duties/Resisting Arrest-Jaime Perez was placed under arrest this morning near the intersection of FM1021 and Palo Blanco after being detained by USBP agents. At the time of his arrest his brother Jose Angel Perez was also placed under arrest after initially resisting arrest and interfering with Deputy duties. The two brothers were transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Motor Vehicle Accident-The driver of a 2016 Dodge Dart lost control of her vehicle this morning and struck a light pole while traveling on FM2030. The operator refused medical attention and the vehicle was towed from the scene by a local wrecker service.

Possession of Marijuana-Deputies responded to the United States Border Patrol checkpoint on US Highway 57, where Gabriel Alexandro Gonzalez was placed under arrest after he was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-Laura Escamilla Rodriguez was arrested at the international port of entry one this afternoon when a background check revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. The warrant was confirmed and Ms. Rodriguez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention  Center for processing. At the same time of Ms. Rodriguez's arrest, Hector Manuel Regio was also arrested after a warrant for his arrest out of Maverick County was confirmed. Mr. Regio was also transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Criminal Mischief-Deputies made contact with two residents on Wildwood Drive this evening  after separate complainants reported damages to windows from a BB gun.
