Disorderly Conduct-Deputies made contact with Tribal Police Department officers who had a encountered a male subject being disorderly on a public street. John David Kellogg was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Fernando David Juarez was arrested this morning after a traffic stop revealed an active warrant out of Maverick county. Juarez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-A male subject was arrested at the Casino Grocery on FM1021 this evening when a cashier refused to sell him alcohol due to his intoxicated state. The subject, identified as Cecil Downs, became unruly and verbally aggressive towards the employee. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
