Public Intoxication-Deputies responded to Calle Frente after fielding calls from concerned citizens about a suspicious male in the neighborhood. Units arrived at the location to later find an eighteen year old male identified as Armando Serrano by the area. Mr. Serrano was found in a highly intoxicated state and was placed under arrest. He would then be transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Deceased Person-County units were dispatched to El Indio, Texas this afternoon, where Border Patrol agents patrolling the river encountered an unresponsive male subject in the river. Justice of the Peace Castaneda was summoned to the location where he would later pronounce the subject deceased at approximately 12:14 PM.
