Maverick County Daily Reports-September 03, 2016

Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on Rosita Valley Road reported unknown subjects had gained access to his family member's residence  and took several television sets, gaming consoles, and personal belongings. The complainant also reported having seen a grey Chevrolet Suburban leave the area at the time of the incident. The vehicle was later found by the complainant on the 500 block of Pueblo Nuevo Drive. After further investigation, some of the items reported missing were recovered at the location. The Chevrolet Suburban at the location was towed away to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office for further processing. This case is under investigation.

Public Intoxication/Disorderly Conduct-Deputies responded to the 200 block of Peach Street, where a female subject in the area had arrived at a residence where an argument ensued. Contact was made with Beatriz Rivas, who was found in an intoxicated state. At the time of the report, Ms. Rivas became unruly with deputies. She would be placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Criminal Mischief-A complainant reported that while traveling on Chula Vista Road, an unknown actor damaged his vehicle's window with a bb gun.

DWLI/Open Container-Deputies conducting a traffic stop on a 2005 F-150 pickup this evening arrested Marco Carrillo when a check revealed Mr. Carrillo was operating without a license. He was also found to be in possession of an open container. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Family Violence/Assault/Resisting Arrest/Assault on a Public Servant-Deputies responded to the 800 block of Christian, where a complainant reported being assaulted by her husband. Reymundo Armendariz was placed under arrest after being subdued while initially resisting. He was then transported to Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
