Theft-A resident on Dalia Street reported unknown subject(s) had taken a roll of chain link fence without his consent.
Identity Theft-A complainant arrived to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office to report unknown subjects had been using her personal information without her consent.
Criminal Mischief-A resident stated unknown subject(s) had knowingly and intentionally shot at her pickup truck with a paintball gun, causing damages to several windows. The complainant further stated that her residence had also been shot at, causing several holes.
Wanted Person-Deputies made contact with The City of Eagle Pass Police officers, who had detained a male subject with an active warrant out of Maverick County. The warrant for Eric Morales was confirmed and Mr. Morales was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Indecent Exposure-A resident on Agarita Drive advised she had been walking home when an unknown male subject exposed himself.
