Public Intoxication-County units were dispatched to Becker Street this morning, where an intoxicated male was reported to be on private property. Upon arrival, contact was made with a male subject identified as Juan Gabriel Aguilar, who was found to be in a highly intoxicated state. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault-Deputies responded to Wagon Wheel Bar, where two complainants reported being physically assaulted by four unknown male subjects. Both complainants wished to file charges.
Assault/Disorderly Conduct-Two male complainants had reported a male subject had verbally and physically assaulted them. The subject, Efrain Vela, had fled the scene and was later located on Juanita Street. A search of Mr. Vela's vehicle also found him to be in possession of marijuana. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrested a male subject identified as Warren Eason at the international Port of Entry #1 after a background check revealed Eason had an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Parker County. Mr. Eason was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Habitation-A resident at Alma Grande Ranch stated an unknown actor(s) had gained entry to his home and took several items without his consent.
Theft-A complainant on Alazan reported unknown subject(s) had cut the cable to his Yeti Cooler in the bed of his pickup truck and took it without his consent.
