Burglary of Habitation/Criminal Mischief-Deputies responded to the 1200 block of Elk Lane early this morning after a pickup truck was reported to be engulfed in flames. Upon arrival at the scene, county units noticed the pickup truck in question engulfed near the rear of the residence. The backdoor to the home was found open, and upon further investigation, several spray paint markings and damage were caused inside the residence. The criminal investigations unit and arson investigator arrived at the scene and this case remains under investigation.
Burglary of Building-A complainant on the 3000 block of El Indio Highway reported unknown actor(s) had entered his business and took several items without consent.
Family Violence/Assault-A female complainant reported her boyfriend had become irate with her and began to push her around the residence. The female further stated the male grabbed a knife and began to threaten her with it. Jorge Albert Duenes was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded the 100 block of Costa Rica, where a female complainant reported her husband had physically assaulted her. Carlos Montelongo Martinez was then placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
