Public Intoxication/Possession of a Controlled Subtance/Wanted Person-A routine traffic stop this morning revealed the occupants of a 2010 Ford Fusion to be in an intoxicated state. The driver, Domacio Saucedo III, along with passengers Selena Jimenez and Vanessa Martinez, all displayed unstable balance, bloodshot eyes, and a slurred speech. A search of the vehicle yielded the discovery of a plastic baggie containing a white powdery substance, which later tested positive for cocaine. Mr. Saucedo and Ms. Jimenez were placed under arrest on Possession charges. Ms. Martinez was charged with Public Intoxication. All three were taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrested twenty-five year old Mark Anthony Quintanilla this morning after a background check revealed an active warrant out of Bexar County. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-A complainant on Balcones reported her son had arrived at her residence and attempted to stab her with two forks. The male subject had fled the area prior to a deputy's arrival.
Wanted Person-Depties responded to County Road 515, where a background check on Ruby Ann Castillo revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. Ms. Castillo was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Aggravated Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded to a disturbance in progress call by Balcones Heights this evening. Contact was made with a male and female found walking in the area and observed the female had several markings on her face and a bloody nose. The female subject told officers that Andres Mata had struck her and kicked her multiple times at a friend's residence nearby. The female was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center ER for treatment. Mr. Mata was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
