Assault-Deputies responded to a fight in progress on the 700 block of Linares this morning. At approximately 3:35 AM, deputies were in route to the locale, whereupon arrival, made contact with a complainant who reported he was involved in an altercation with two known male subjects. The aggressors had fled the location in an unknown destination prior to the units arrival. EMS crews were on scene and the complainant was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center ER for further treatment.
Burglary of Building-A complainant on Imelda Street reported unknown actor(s) gained entry into his unoccupied residence and took several items without consent.
Wanted Person-A deputy responded to the international Port of Entry #1, where Jose Luis Hernandez was placed under arrest after a TCIC check revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. Hernandez was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-A deputy was dispatched to the United States Border Patrol South Station after Jose Hernandez was found to be in possession of marijuana. Mr. Hernandez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
