Abusive calls towards 911 Service/Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Deputies were dispatched to Siesta Drive early this morning after unknown actor(s) called 911 and hung up twelve times. Upon arrival to the residence, contact was made with two male subjects, identified as Christopher Martinez and Steven Gonzalez. Further investigation led to the arrest of the two individuals, who were also found to be in possession of marijuana. They were then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Twenty-eight year old Martin Hernandez was arrested at the international Port of Entry #1 after being detained when a TCIC/NCIC check revealed an active warrant. Deputies confirmed the warrant and took Hernandez into custody and transported him to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle-Deputies patrolling FM 2030 this evening attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado traveling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle refused to make a stop and a small chase ensued for several blocks before the driver came to a complete stop near the intersection of Chula Vista and Molina Loop. Thirty-year old Felipe de Jesus Luna was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on Barbara Street reported unknown subject(s) had entered her residence through the front window and took her purse while she was asleep.
Criminal Mischief-A Resident on the 3100 block of Del Rio Blvd. told officers unknown subject(s) had broken the windows to his van.
Theft-A deputy was dispatched to the 1600 block of Baltica, where unknown subject(s) had stolen two children's bicycles from the property.
Information Report-A deputy was dispatched to Sanchez Street, where a four year old was found with several baggies containing cocaine.
Assault/Family Violence-A complainant on Nicolas Street reported the father of her child had thrown a canned food item at her, striking her in the facial area and causing redness to her left eyebrow.
