Maverick County Daily Reports-April 19, 2016

DWI with a child Passenger-Deputies responded to FM1021 by the Cinco Ranch this morning. Upon arrival, contact was made with United States Border Patrol agents, who stated they had conducted a traffic stop on a 2004 Dodge Caravan after it almost collided with other vehicles traveling westbound on FM1021.Officers conducted a field sobriety test on a female subject identified as Laura Bustos de Hernandez, who was placed under arrest on DWI charges when it was determined she was unfit to drive. The occupants in the vehicle at the time, all minors, were released to the custody of the father. Ms. Hernandez was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Public Intoxication-Deputies arrested Amy Pacheco Salazar this morning after she was found in an intoxicated state. She was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-A deputy responded to the international Port of Entry #2 after CBP agents detained a male subject with an active warrant. The warrant on Roy Raul Alonzo for a parole violation was confirmed and he was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle-a complainant on the 700 block of Lago Vista reported unknown subjects had taken her 2004 Infiniti vehicle without her consent. The vehicle was then entered into the TCIC/NCIC system as stolen.
