Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Deputies conducting a traffic stop on a Dodge Caravan arrested the driver on possession of marijuana charges this morning. Cipriano Neira was taken into custody after admitting to having a marijuana cigarette inside the vehicle's ashtray. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to FM 131 this afternoon, whereupon arrival, witnessed a vehicle involved in a single motor vehicle accident on its side. The driver of a 2006 Nissan Titan involved in the accident was airlifted to the hospital for immediate medical attention.
Wanted Person-18 year old Alfredo Lerma was arrested at the international Port of Entry #2 after a check revealed an open warrant. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault, Family Violence-A deputy was dispatched to a private residence this afternoon, where a female complainant reported having been physically assaulted by her boyfriend the previous Friday.
