Maverick County Daily Reports-March 25, 2016

Family Violence-Deputies responded to a residence on Siesta Drive, where a complainant reported her son had assaulted her and her daughter after he became upset. MHMR was contacted and the male subject was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation.

Wanted Person-Fifty-eight year old Santiago Navarro Apolinar was arrested at the international Port of Entry #1 after a check revealed an active warrant out of Arlington, Texas. Mr Apolinar was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Assault, Family Violence-A complainant on the 3900 block of Deer Run stated she had been assaulted by her husband. The male subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Identity Theft-A complainant reported unknown subject(s) had used her personal information to open an account with Sprint Solutions, Inc. without her consent.

Public Intoxication-Arturo Alonzo Garza was placed under arrest after her was found asleep in a vacant lot off of Eidson Road. Mr. Garza displayed signs of intoxication and was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to US Highway 277 North, where a 2016 Ford Escape collided into a guardrail. Contact was made with the driver, who told officers he swerved to avoid hitting a vehicle that was exiting from Juanita Drive when he struck the rail. The driver and his passenger were then transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further treatment.
