Hit and Run-A complainant on Wagon Wheel Road reported a white Dually pickup truck had collided into his 2013 Chevrolet Impala before fleeing the scene.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrested nineteen year old Marcelino Garcia after it was revealed he had an active warrant out of Maverick County on failure to appear charges. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
DWI-Sophia Longoria was arrested on FM 1021 early this morning on DWI charges, where she was found to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to Old Pioneer Road in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, a deputy was advised that a red SUV was unable to control its speed and struck a pickup truck on its rear left panel. Both parties refused medical attention at the time of this report.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrived at the international Port of Entry #2 after CBP agents detained a male subject with an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and the individual was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A complainant on the 800 block of Escondido reported a known male subject had taken a tire and rim from his front yard without his consent.
Burglary of Habitation-a resident on the 100 block of Sunrise Loop reported unknown actors had entered his residence without his consent at an unknown time and had taken several items from the home.
Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to the 3100 block of Del Rio Blvd. this afternoon after two vehicles traveling northbound were involved in a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, contact was made with the drivers, where it was determined that a 1992 Mercury who was traveling on the inner lane veered into the outer lane and struck a vehicle. The two vehicles then veered off of the highway into Siesta Tire Shop, where the Mercury struck a parked 1997 Ford F-150.
