DWI-A county unit patrolling US Highway 277 North this morning conducting a traffic stop on a Ford F-150 for a minor traffic infraction. Contact was made with the driver, identified as Omar Hernandez Reyna, who displayed signs of intoxication. The deputy determined Mr. Reyna was intoxicated and not in a normal capacity to operate a motor vehicle in a public place.He would be placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Habitation-Deputies responded to the 1300 block of Siesta Drive after a complainant reported an unknown subject had attempted to gain entry to her residence through a window without her consent. The complainant was referred to the Criminal Investigations Unit for further process.
Family Violence/Assault-Deputies were dispatched to the Super 7 Meat Market, where a female complainant stated she had been involved with a physical altercation with her ex-husband. The male subject had fled the area prior to the deputies' arrival at the location. EMS crews were summoned to the scene, however, the female subject refused medical attention.
